Emmanuelle Herve

Founding President of EH&A, a consultancy specializing in crisis management and

communication.
An internationally recognized expert in crisis management and communications,
Emmanuelle has been offering critical support to organizations and their leaders for
more than fifteen years.
Trained as an engineer, Emmanuelle has worked around the world in a series of
international postings.
Her professional career began in India in 1994. She later moved to Beirut to manage
an industrial projects, before joining the American chemical group DuPont of
Nemours in 1998 where she focused on developing the MENA market. Her life was
then divided between Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Iran
and the United States.
Returning to France in 2006, with extensive knowledge of the countries where she
had lived and worked, sometimes during situations of particular geopolitical tension,
Emmanuelle joined the firm MGVM taking up the profession of crisis management.
For more than fifteen years, she has been supporting companies in crisis preparation
and management. She specialises in helping them develop long-term strategies to
mitigate crisis before they occur.
Emmanuelle is also involved in many professional bodies:

• President of the AFNOR commission and of the ISO international working group on e-reputation.
• Active member of the CIAN French Council of Investors in Africa
• UNIDO certified expert (United Nations Industrial Development Organization)
• Crisis Communication Expert for numerous media channels.
• IHEDN auditor (Institute of Higher National Defense Studies ) 2021-2022 sessions

Since 2018, Emmanuelle has been a reserve officer in the French Navy. This civic commitment has personally motivated her to contribute, in a professional capacity, to increasing the exchange between the civilian and military worlds, with a particular focus on the Navy.
