By using the website https://www.eha-consulting.com/ (hereinafter the “Site”), the user (the “User”) agrees to the collection and use of his/her personal data (the “Personal Data” or “Data”) in the manner described in this Privacy Policy by EH&A.

The processing of Personal Data collected from the Site is carried out in compliance with the amended law of January 6, 1978 (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”) as well as the General Data Protection Regulation n° 679/2016 (“RGPD”).

The person responsible for processing the Data is EH&A.

The Data collected by EH&A during the use of the Site by the User are strictly necessary for the purposes sought by EH&A and described below.
