Our training courses

Our crisis communications training aims to build a lasting relationship of trust across all the company's stakeholders. We train spokespersons, CEOs and managers, in tandem with the communication team who are members of the crisis unit, in the construction of key messages. Training to interact calmly and effectively with journalists is one of the keys to effective crisis management. Our media trainings favor the acquisition of media skills through practice in front of the camera, especially for managers.

EH&A also offers a training module on media management during the crisis phase. On-site managers (factory, store or depot managers) are themselves trained to deliver appropriate messaging to the local press.

Our training in Crisis Management 2.0 also makes it possible to manage and anticipate bad buzz in order to protect the company’s e-reputation. We use our Twitter simulator for this module.

Finally, our training in managing relations with stakeholders focuses on sustainable strategies for engagement and dialogue.
