Our Crisis Drill

We offer Crisis Drill, each with its own specificities and objectives. Whether it is a guided exercise, a simulation, or a large-scale drills, we adapt our drills to each organization be it a multinational or a start-up. Tailor-made, our crisis scenarios are designed to be as close as possible to the kind of situation that your organization could face. We mobilize experts (firefighters, cyber experts, lawyers, journalists, psychologists, etc.) for the facilitation team to ensure that the scenario is as close to reality as possible.

With their many years of experience, our trainers, experts, and actors in crisis management share their field experience with you.

Table-top exercises are the first step in crisis management training. They allow teams to learn crisis management procedures and forward-planning methods without undergoing a stress test. It is aimed at a novice to intermediate audience that has not previously participated in a crisis exercise or has not been trained recently in crisis management methods.

Crisis management drills allow teams to mobilize the crisis plan, to understand the functions of the crisis unit, and to work on the strategic approach while addressing the human and behavioral factors. We simulate all stakeholders and media pressure thanks to our experts and our simulation tools.

Large-scale drills (EGA) stake place in partnership with internal operational crisis units such as QHSE (Quality Health Safety Environment), Human Resources (HR), security and information systems management (ISS), etc. or external (Local government, SDIS, ANSSI, lawyers, etc.)
